*These prices are only for general maintenance and does not include removal of excess solids or other repairs. A maintenance cleaning is defined by the environmental health department as a tank that has been maintained every three to five years, with no more than two to three feet of solids, three feet of water and a two to three-inch scum layer at the top.
Why do we offer a free estimate on all our services?
Septic systems are complicated, and it’s often hard to know exactly the work that will be needed until we see the tank and absorption field. We believe in honesty and transparency as the foundation of our business. We don’t want to offer a special rate for a septic pumping only to surprise you with a higher bill when we run into a tank that hasn’t had maintenance for 10 years. The pump charge includes locating the septic tank, removing lids, pumping the tank, and covering the tank back up. In some cases, septic tanks may be deeply buried and require excavating with a machine. In these cases, additional charges will incur but only when authorized ahead of time by the customer.

Because of this, we offer free estimates, we tell you exactly what needs to be done, and we stay in touch throughout the process, letting you know right away if we run into any surprises. “It was my intent to have 2 Brothers Septic come out and pump my septic tank. As soon as I requested information the owner, Troy, called me to talk about my needs and to set up an appointment. Troy came out that same week and looked inside and told me that it did not need to be pumped until another 2 or 3 years. I woke up expecting to pay $300 but ended up with a free estimate. It is great to have honest people in a business where most people don't have a lot of knowledge about. Troy was very professional and his integrity showed. He educated me on the septic system and showed me things that will be an issue in the future if proper care wasn't taken.
